## Challenge

The team worked with Generali on mobility for young professionals and young families. Its final challenge: eliminate as much unwanted mobility from their daily lives as possible.

## What the team learned

Users did not need a better mobility experience. They wanted to avoid as much unwanted mobility as possible and save time.

## What they built

allberto is a peer-to-peer app that matches Askers, who outsource tasks such as cleaning or laundry, with Taskers, who earn money flexibly. It offers a self-fulfilling to-do list, matching, chat, easy payment and ratings. Generali provides insurance and social security cover.

## Impact

For Generali, insuring the services is a step beyond selling insurance: it could improve customers' daily lives rather than only handle problem situations.

## Full project text

allberto is a two-sided peer-to-peer platform that matches the Askers (people who want to outsource a variety of daily tasks in order to save time) to the Taskers (people who provide these services).

### Challenge

Develop a solution that allows young professionals and young families to eliminate as much unwanted mobility as
possible. (final challenge/vision)

### Solution

We realised that the need of our users was not necessarily to enhance their mobility experience, but rather to eliminate as much unwanted mobility as possible. Therefore we created allberto, a peer-to-peer platform which enables people who want to outsource a variety of daily tasks in order to save time, with people who want to flexibly earn money by providing these tasks. Generali, as a key player of our solution, makes this experience risk free, providing all necessary (and wanted) insurance and social security policies.

### Impact

Our solution strengthens Generali’s position as an innovative insurance company that thinks outside the box and goes beyond selling insurance. By insuring the allberto services, Generali could make a step into not only making the problematic situations (typical for the insurance business) easier to handle, but even improve the daily life of their customers.

The value for the user is two-sided. If the user is looking for a way to flexibly earn money, allberto is the perfect platform to capitalize on his/her skills and make use of his/her free time.
If the user is looking for an easy/fast way to get all tasks done (e.g. cleaning, laundry, etc.) allberto offers the perfect simple and risk-free solution for it.
