What happened, step by step.
Challenge
eFM asked the team to connect customers and facility-management service providers in a smart way, combining technology appliances and social networks.
What they built
Domus Sapiens links home sensors, automation devices and service providers. It aggregates sensor data so residents can monitor, control and maintain their home, detect failures early and reach the right service provider at once.

Platform that re-invent facility management in facilities people most care about, their own homes.
Challenge
Connect customers and service providers in facility management in a smart way, combined with developed technology appliances and social networks.
Solution
Domus Sapiens is an ecosystem of sensors, services, and home automation devices that enhance the home experience and transform the house into a smart home. Installing a set of sensors and aggregating the data they obtain, it helps people enjoy their home, monitor, control, and maintain the facilities, detect failures and solve problems straight away, linking directly with the needed service provider.
Impact
We will transform houses into smart homes integrating disconnected home automation devices but also service providers into our Domus Sapiens platform. So resident can control their homes, automate maintaining and get help from a maintenance man immediately when needed.
