Bonjour LivingA managed residence model with private apartments, shared spaces and services that adapt to residents.Leonard (VINCI)Paris FR · Porto PTBusiness model2024/25

Problem

Urban housing forces trade-offs between space, location, privacy and community. Managed residences offer convenience but little control, while rising costs shrink what people can afford.

What they built

Bonjour Living is built around four zones: a private apartment, a small cluster sharing occasional amenities, building-wide spaces such as gardens and coworking, and public-facing areas that connect to the neighbourhood.

Impact

Residents gain flexibility, comfort and community and can stay longer. VINCI gets stronger tenant retention and new revenue from public-facing areas.

Player 0A mobile app that nudges football fans towards greener match-day travel with tracking and rewards.CEiiAPorto PT · São Paulo BRDigital service2024/25

Problem

How might monitoring, valuing and trading avoided emissions nudge football fans into mobility habits that cut CO2, spread socially and last, with visible value for supporters and clubs?

What they built

Player 0 offers personalised route planning, real-time emissions tracking, carpooling options and a gamified system of challenges and rewards. Details of the solution are under non-disclosure agreement.

Impact

Long-term visibility of impact, conscious mobility choices, shared social experiences and incentives for sustainable practices.

UiN by LiporA rewards app that motivates Porto citizens to sort food waste ahead of EU rules.LiporPorto PT · Espoo FIDigital service2019/20

Problem

Portuguese citizens are not ready for mandatory biowaste sorting from 2023. They lack knowledge and motivation, and existing solutions are few and outdated.

What they built

UiN gives citizens tags for bins fitted with electronics. Sorting earns points to exchange for grocery discounts or cinema tickets, alongside a community tab and sorting tips.

Impact

Higher sorting rates in the first years of the new system. Lipor's partnerships with local businesses stimulate their growth.

allbertoA peer-to-peer platform matching people who outsource daily tasks with people who do them, insured by Generali.GeneraliSt. Gallen CH · Porto PTPlatform2018/19

Problem

Develop a solution that allows young professionals and young families to eliminate as much unwanted mobility as possible.

What they built

allberto connects Askers who want to save time with Taskers who earn money flexibly. Generali makes the exchange risk-free with insurance and social security policies.

Impact

Generali goes beyond selling insurance and improves customers' daily lives. Users save time or earn flexibly, risk-free.

FlipA personal shopping cart that slides and folds into the car boot by button.SONAE MCMelbourne AU · Porto PTPhysical product2017/18

Problem

Optimise end-to-end shopping transport in food retail, from the moment a customer needs something to the purchase arriving at home.

What they built

Flip carries products inside and outside the supermarket, slides into the boot and folds. Two detachable, collapsible baskets adapt to different boots and ease loading and storage.

Impact

Less loading, unloading and lifting for shoppers. SONAE MC improves the shopping experience and strengthens its brand presence.

InfiniA competitively priced yarn made from bioplastic and leftover cotton for more sustainable fast fashion.TriwoolKyoto JP · Porto PTPhysical product2017/18

Problem

Design a fully circular and sustainable knit garment product with competitive production costs.

What they built

Infini replaces fossil-based fibres with bioplastic, which is recyclable, compostable and lower in CO2, combined with cotton leftovers, while staying cost-effective.

Impact

Triwool can produce fast fashion that is ecological and sustainable without compromising quality or production costs.
